All items are delivered by Royal Mail. We aim to dispatch all orders until the next working day.
We are using Royal Mail standard rates to calculate delivery costs. For security reasons we recommend choosing Royal Mail Signed For™ service. Typical delivery prices for small parcels under 2kg are:

During promotional periods, please allow a little longer for dispatch and delivery. Occasionally delivery may be delayed due to an event outside our reasonable control. If you think that your delivery is delayed, please contact us and we will look into it straight away.
You will be able to choose between you delivery address entered during registration or you can enter a new address during checkout. Please make sure your address details are accurate!
We do our best to deliver best quality products and we want you to be happy every time you shop with us.

Cancelling your order
If you are cancelling your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 then you must return it to us in its original packaging no later than 10 days after the day on which you let us know that you wish to cancel. Please return the product as new and unused.
How to return an item
To return an item, please fill in the form located on our website.
We will then respond to you with delivery address and further instructions.
It is your responsibility to send the product back to us securely and we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.
Returns Delivery Charges
If you are cancelling your order, we will refund to you the delivery charges paid by you, but not the cost of returning the item to us.
For items being returned due to error on our part, or because they are defective, not as described, or are damaged on arrival, we will refund both the delivery charges paid by you, and also your reasonable costs in returning the item to us (we will require a proof of postage in this case).
Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms.
